I have Proteinuria. That means I eliminate a lot of my protein intake through my urine. Through years of careful management of my blood pressure medication, I have the condition at normal limits and my kidneys are normal. This kind of recovery is generally unheard of. I am very lucky to have discovered Dr. Cook.

My experiences, on my many visits under the care of Dr. Charles A. Cook, were always handled in a very professional manner. Dr. Cook listened, intently, to my concerns about my health. When leaving the visit I always felt very comfortable that all of my questions & concerns were addressed. Dr. Cook is an excellent Physician, who keeps up to date on medical advancements, thus enabling him to provide his patients with the very best advice and treatment, on an individual basis. Dr. Cook was my Physician for some thirty (30) years, until my relocation to Missouri, three years ago. It has taken me sometime to secure the same type of service here. Had I remained in North Carolina, Dr. Cook would still be my Physician!!

After God and Jesus there is Dr. Cook. He is the most devoted Dr. that I've ever met in my life. His communication skills towards his patients are amazing. His medical skills and experience are above any medical textbook. He also has an outstanding staff, they follow-up with you until they get proper results.
